Discount Policy - Only One Coupon Code May Be Used at a Time & Cannot be Combined. When Multiple Offers are extended - you must select the one you want to use - they cannot both be used on the same transaction. You may have multiple orders in one day and apply a different coupon code to each. 

 

How do I Return an ELIGIBLE item for Store Credit?

Return Policy: All returns must be authorized prior to return and receive a RMA# from our customer service dept. within 2 days of delivery (please check your items upon receiving). Returns must be postmarked within 3 days of receiving the RMA # and Store Credit Form. No exceptions.

* BRAND NEW – WITH TAGS STILL ATTACHED ELIGIBLE items are returnable for store credit ONLY as long as we are notified within 2 days of delivery. 

* Refunds are issued with an online store credit. We do NOT issue cash Returns. All Returns are in the form of store credit. You will be issued a store credit code that can be used to make a purchase on our website. 

* We do not accept any returns for items that have been worn, washed, stained or do not have the original tags still attached. All complete outfits, accessories, & original packaging, including any free items associated with your purchase, must be returned also to qualify for return. Seasonal and holiday themed items are NOT eligible for return.

* Due to the constant change in inventory, we do not do exchanges, so if you’d like to order a different size, color or product, please return eligible items for a store credit and then place a new order online.

We do NOT make exceptions to the return policy – Please be prompt with any return requests to ensure you will meet the guidelines. We reiterate that we do not accept returns on any items that have been worn or washed, do not have the original tags, or were purchased during any of the below sales:

We do NOT make exceptions to this return policy. Please do not purchase the item if you do not agree to these terms. Original shipping charges are Non-Refundable. 

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin processing orders quickly. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. We CANNOT guarantee an order can/will be changed or cancelled once placed. We apologize for any inconvenience but in order to maintain our quick shipping times, we cannot guarantee an order can be cancelled after being placed. 

 

Email Customerservice@rufflegirl.com to request the RMA# and Store Credit Form for eligible items. We DO NOT have phone customer service. All questions/requests need to be made by email only.
